'Lines Across the Earth' is seeks to connect the people's of the world through showing our shared humanity. In this project we collaborate with native traditional artists to interpret their cultural vision in large-scale using material from natural surroundings. Ideally we are able to work with a representation of the local culture- a community group or school. The effort is documented for use in a forthcoming book, prints, video series, and feature length film.
The first entry in the project recently occurred in New Zealand in a collaboration with Maori 'ta moko' artist Lloyd James Morgan.
